Privacy Policy

Who This Policy Covers.

This policy explains how Some Luck Productions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Some Luck Productions"), handles information in connection with:

• the website SomeLuckMarketing.com (the "Site"); and
• the AI apps, plugins, and agent skills published by Some Luck Productions, including ChatGPT apps, Claude plugins and skills, and open-source repositories under github.com/andrewluxem (together, the "Apps").

The Site and the Apps together are the "Services."

What Data the Apps Receive.

The Apps receive only what you send them. When you use an App, the host platform passes the App the content of your prompt or tool call that the App needs to respond, such as the text, parameters, or files you choose to provide. The Apps do not ask for your name, account details, or contact information, and do not receive your wider conversation history unless the host platform includes it in the request.

Open-source skills and repositories that you install and run yourself execute on your own machine or account. Some Luck Productions does not receive data from them unless a skill explicitly calls a service that Some Luck Productions operates, which will be stated in that skill's documentation.

Host Platforms Have Their Own Policies.

The Apps run inside third-party host platforms. Your use of those platforms, including what they collect, store, and log about your conversations, is governed by their own privacy policies, which also apply when you use an App:

Some Luck Productions does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their practices.

How Data Is Used.

Data an App receives is used only to fulfill your request, keep the App working, and protect it against abuse and security problems. Some Luck Productions:

• does not sell personal data;
• does not use personal data for advertising; and
• does not use your prompts, tool calls, or other inputs to train AI models.

Third-Party Services Used by Specific Apps.

Some Apps call outside services or APIs to do their work. When they do, only the data needed for that call is sent.

Apps that call outside services list them in their own documentation and listing. If an App sends your data to a service not described here, this section will be updated before that App is published.

Data Retention.

Data is kept to a minimum and only as long as needed to fulfill the request. Operational logs, which may include request metadata and error details, are kept for up to 30 days for debugging and security, then deleted, unless a longer period is stated for a specific App above or is required by law.

If you email Some Luck Productions, your message and address are kept as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation.

Website Analytics, Hosting, and Fonts.

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser, and device type. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

The Site also uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and visitors. It does not use cookies. It records the page visited, referring site, country, browser, operating system, and device type, and identifies visitors only by a hash that resets daily. The Site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request data such as IP address and user agent to deliver pages and protect the Site. See the Vercel Privacy Policy.

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.

The Site has no forms, accounts, or advertising trackers.

Your Rights.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data that Some Luck Productions holds about you, or ask how it is used. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email andrew@someluckmarketing.com with enough detail to identify the data in question. Requests are answered within 30 days.

Data held by OpenAI or Anthropic as part of your conversations is controlled by them. Use their privacy tools or contact them directly for that data.

Security.

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect data the Services handle. No system is perfectly secure, so avoid sending sensitive personal information to an App unless it is needed for your request.

Children.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and Some Luck Productions does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, email the address below and it will be deleted. Host platforms may set higher minimum ages for their own services.

Changes to This Policy.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
